Welcome to RBMS! I am excited to support our 6th grade students as they begin their middle school journey. My goal is to help every student feel welcomed, supported, and confident as they grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
A Little About Me
I have been dedicated to education for over 20 years. I began my career as a 4th grade teacher in 2005 and spent 14 years in the classroom before becoming a school counselor in 2019.
My experience as both a teacher and counselor has given me the opportunity to support students not only academically, but also socially and emotionally. I truly enjoy building relationships with students, celebrating their successes, and being someone they can turn to when they need guidance or support.
As the 6th grade counselor, I especially enjoy helping students make the exciting transition from elementary to middle school. My goal is for every student to know that they have someone in their corner who is ready to listen, encourage, and help them succeed.
